Democracy Research Institute, in collaboration with the Human Rights Center, has prepared a report – Evaluation of Implementation of Juvenile Justice Code.
The first part of the report is devoted to an overview of the Juvenile Justice Code, the basic principles of juvenile justice, juvenile justice reform in Georgia. And the second part, the results of monitoring the legal status of convicted / accused juveniles.
The report was prepared in the framework of the project "Cooperation in Improving Juvenile Justice Standards".

The agreement
“On the Deepening of Allied Cooperation”, signed in the Kremlin on 9 May between Vladimir Putin and the de facto leader of South Ossetia, Alan Gagloev,
