Training for activists from conflict-affected regions

On November 3-7, the Democracy Research Institute conducted security and advocacy planning/implementation training for civil activists and youth from the conflict-affected regions.
The training was supported by the European Endowment for Democracy and was aimed at strengthening capacities in the direction of security and advocacy.
The training participants, together with an invited expert, discussed issues related to the security of civil activists, such as: digital security, physical and psychological pressure on human rights defenders. The main focus was on the proper planning and implementation of advocacy.
